The HSSD is always seeking volunteers! We are looking for those intereested in sitting on the board, participating in our various sub-committees, helping at events and more!
We are currently looking for someone to help with our Social Media and Grant Preparation. If you enjoy writing, heritage, and working with a great team, then these jobs might be for you!

We have plans in the works for some exciting events - from fundraising events to having booths at various community events to promote the HSSD and South Dundas History!

Sitting on a committee is not for everyone, but ideas are always welcome! Do you have a fun idea to help us fundraise? Or an employer that matches employee gifts? Maybe you know of a great grant or other funding opportunity that you could share with us!

FUNDRAISING & EVENT ASSISTANCE
Membership in the HSSD is easy! Just fill out our online form, and choose the level that works for you.
Fees are $15 / year for a regular member; $5 / year for students; and a lifetime membership is only $75!
Your membership fees help us to continue the work needed to preserve our history. You will receive invitations to our meetings and events, newsletters and meeting minutes.
