Froatburn
In 1905, Froatburn was a tiny hamlet with a population of only 25 residents. Mail delivery was established in 1889, with Guy Casselman handling the initial postal duties. By 1905, L. Froats served as the postmaster. The post office was eventually closed following the inauguration of rural mail delivery.
In 1905, the community's essential services were provided by L. Froats, who worked as a miller, and P.D. Schell, who operated a general store. The community is located near other hamlets such as Connaught.
